How soon can I get my website?
Once you submit all your copy and images to us, the turnaround time is between 2 – 6 weeks.
We will give you a Web Prep Guide to help you.
How long do I sign up for?
There is no minimum period. If you no longer need your website we simply cancel it.
What happens if I already own my Domain Name
Your Domain Name can be migrated to our shared server account.
Please note that domain hosts forbid the transfer of your Domain Name, so please check with your providor. Some companies which do allow you to transfer are, 123.reg, GoDaddy and 1&1IONOS.
What if I need future changes made to my website?
Changes to the completed site can be requested at any time and are charged at £60 p/hour.
Can I upgrade my website in the future?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to any of our other plans; or add on other services such as an online shop at any time. Additional costs apply.
How do I pay?
Once we’ve received your signed website agreement document we’ll send you a link to set up a monthly direct debit payment. Your first payment will be taken at that time.
